Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Because fragrances contain alcohol, some shipping restrictions apply and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes with certain carriers.

Local Pickup

Local customers in the Arlington, VA area can contact us to arrange pickup.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or it arrives damaged, email npfpdmv@gmail.com within 48 hours and we will help resolve it.
